I don't want to feel like I'm beating a dead horse, but I also don't want to draw attention to their brand and then quietly fade away because that will just help their campaign. I truly think this campaign is reprehensible, and I'm determined to stick with it until I get a more substantial response.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07801229525416203656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5827968588643415787.post-47755036879430697042012-05-16T20:49:10.951-05:002012-05-16T20:49:10.951-05:00Yes! It's not like they have to get rid of the whole "mel" series, just make him more positive about his roots! Wouldn't that be a more logical way to sell their product anyway?! So. Freaking. It's very overt and apparent to many just what they were TRYING to imply. One commercial may have been "excusable", but this is just too much to ignore. I think it's clear that there was some intention by someone who worked on this advertising campaign.Chantilly Patiño (@MFamMag)http://www.multiculturalfamilia.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5827968588643415787.post-45369136590063490192012-05-15T19:56:49.625-05:002012-05-15T19:56:49.625-05:00Your response was perfect.
